Council and Planning Commission meetings are being held both in-person and virtually. Agendas are published a minimum of 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings. To participate in the virtual meeting, please follow the instructions below.

  • Scroll down and click on the date of the meeting in the calendar.
  • Click on the Name of the meeting.
  • Click on the link in the header of the agenda, which will log you into the meeting.


NOTE:
To attend with telephone only, follow the above instructions to get to the Agenda, then follow the instructions on the header of the agenda.

    • Scroll down and click on the date of the meeting in the calendar
    • Click on the Name of the meeting
    • Click on “Meeting Media” in the upper left side of page.


Note: You will not be able to raise your hand or participate in the meeting using this method.

  • Join the meeting using the “To Attend Virtual Meetings – WITH option to make public comment” instructions above, and then use the ‘Raise Hand’ icon or the ‘Chat’ features inside the meeting to get the clerk’s attention.
  • Email to meeting@cityofukiah.com; Include in the subject line which agenda item that you are submitting your correspondence for, and a brief 2-3 word description (Note: no written comments will be read into the record).
  • Mail ahead of the meeting to:

  • The public comments are to be no more than three minutes per person and ten minutes per topic. 


Please Note:
Any handouts or presentation materials from the public must be submitted to the clerk in advance of the meeting: 48 hours for regular meetings and 12 hours for special meetings.  For handouts, please include 10 copies.
